WEH® Screw-in Valves

When media must flow in only one direction, WEH® Screw-in Valves are the ideal solution. These valves allow free flow in the screwing-in direction and reliably block flow in the opposite direction – compact, tight, and durable. Thanks to their space-saving design, they are perfect for tight installation spaces while offering high flow capacity with low noise levels.
The Screw-in Valves were specially developed for pneumatic and hydraulic applications in machine and plant engineering, conveyor technology, as well as in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and medical technology industries. The soft-sealing O-ring sealing cone ensures a secure seal – even at high temperatures and pressure spikes up to 250 bar.

Connection sizes of screw-in valves
The screw-in valves are available in different connection sizes:
- G1/8″, G1/4″, G3/8″ Male thread
- M10x1.0, M14x1.5, M18x1.5 Male thread
High flow rate in the direction of screw rotation
The screw-in valves are mechanical shut-off valves which allow the media to flow freely and at a high flow rate in the direction of screw rotation from a cracking pressure of 0.5 bar, and simultaneously shut off the flow of the media in the other direction.
Flow curves of the TVR400
The flow curves were determined on the basis of the DIN/EN 60534-2 standard and refer to a cavitation-free flow (water). System-sided constrictions at the inlet and outlet can reduce the flow rate.
