In daily operations, gas cylinders are moved under the filling line, while the connectors hang down, ready to connect. That’s when it happens: As the cylinder is moved into position, it bumps into the connector – a hard impact, where the housing or clamping jaws absorb the full force.

The consequences? Mechanical damage, gradual wear – and in the worst case, a defective connector. Repair or replacement costs both time and money. New pigtails? A costly investment.
